
Does anyone have advice on how to get my 5 year old to want to try/eat different foods? He is EXTREMELY picky and refuses to try anything. It’s to the point where he basically only eats PB&J and Cheerios. I know that I could probably just tell him that if he doesn’t eat whatever food I cook, then he won’t eat, but also that feels wrong because I also remember being a picky child and feeling like I was starving most nights because I didn’t like what my step mom cooked. I don’t want him to feel the way I did as a kid, but I want him to eat more foods that are more nutritional. I just really don’t know how to get him to try it.
