okay so my son is two. i don't have a clue what i'm doing when it comes to discipline.telling him no doesn't work. he doesn't talk a whole bunch yet/understand so I can't like try to tell him he needs to listen or he will be in trouble, so like talking it out isn't an option. my mom always tells me to spank him if he doesn't and he will listen and that's what she does to him.i don't like that option and will probably get downvoted for it or get bad comments but i have tried it but that doesn't work either. he will cry for a few minutes and then go back to doing whatever he was doing or will hit you back. spanking never made sense to me anyway because it just teaches them it's okay to hit and i just don't like the idea of it. my mom always says if you do it hard enough, he will eventually listen and she will do it harder each time, which i hate but she won't stop, but it clearly isn't working.i need to figure out something that works though and i have no clue. i'm lost. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2XnSZgg
