A couple years ago I had a kid and there was a whole rape accusation against me but it all fell through when I got ahold of her/her parents and she eventually came clean. Well I was in the child’s life for about a year and then they stopped me from seeing him and did NOT allow me to get my name on the birth certificate... well it’s been a couple years and I’ve been researching and I literally haven’t found anything very hopeful In this situation. Her parents ended up adopting him and I’m not on the certificate and I’m not sure what I can really even do we also haven’t taken a paternity test because every-time I asked they said no or tried to say I was thinking he wasn’t my kid. By the way the girl and I were both underage when this all happened. Now I’m 18 and she is still 17 but I’m not sure what I can and can’t do and really would like some legal help or at least some type of information that I can go with and in my town consultation cost money that I really just don’t have and I’m also not sure if it would cost to get a paternity test or not.. please help via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/36v4Wa8
