Help! Not sure what to do with child, increasing behaviors after birth of baby!

Hey Everyone,New to the sub. We just had our baby 4 months ago. Dad had paternal leave and took care of oldest son for most part while I was getting used to breastfeeding baby and all that jazz. After Dad had to go back to work, the oldest has been acting up. I knew this would happen especially with oldest enjoying being with his Dad and getting attention from Dad throughout day. I just did not know it would be THIS hard. It has almost been a month after his Dad has gone back to work. He has ceased napping completely, starting having accidents, climbing on cabinets, getting into the fridge, throwing things, says "No" to almost everything I ask/tell him to do. Oh yeah and he has hit the baby almost daily, bit the baby's foot even. I model good behavior to him. I am firm with him. I IGNORE his behaviors in an effort to starve him trying to get negative attention. I do NOT know what to do. He used to have a child safety lock on his door to make sure he wouldn't get up in the morning and get into things, so when it was nap time he would just close the door and go to sleep. I have taken it down since he is older now and without this child safety lock he will not nap which I think is making his behaviors increase even more.We think he may be on the spectrum because of how oldest son has always lined up cars, sings same song frequently, has had a speech delay, extremely hard to get him dressed, screams loudly at times. We will get him evaluated next week in hopes this will help him. I just don't know what to do...his behaviors have made it so I can barely focus on the baby. I wear baby in the carrier nonstop to be able to get anything done. Thanks in advanced.... via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/34rU36f
