Three kids and the older two want to tell counselor that mom verbally abuses them.

What do I do here? We are still married and I work third shift. My kids are 13, 12, and 6 and the older two told me that they want to tell the counselor what their mother says to them. How do I stop her from doing it? I am asleep all day and work all night, Just to keep them in a nice place with food and insurance. I cant spend time with the kids if I am working and sleeping all the time. She does the main "watching the kids", like taking them to school and feeding them.
