I need help with my son

I say sorry for bad English because I am living from Korea. I need to help my son feel better and learn. My husband loves in prison and he cannot help we did not have midwifery or a teacher. My son jungmin is trying to learn with a hard time and I want to help. He is 16 is it time for him to learn. He can play games and be happy but some thing he learn fast some thing take him years to learn by himself. He is normal when he watch programs but he laughs at every thing and he will not talk when his favurite cartoon plays. sometime he yells allot or is not loud enough. Programs and loud music and many things hurt his ears and he hate the sound my computer has. he wants to chew things but his brothers do not even if we are very hungry. He bouncing on the bed and rocks sometimes but he will say to me he is not dissy. He get sad when his ears hurt and when he is sad he will cry for 10 hour or all day and scratch him self or bite his shirt. I fix his shirts each month I cannot have time to fix his shirts but I let him chew. It is hard to understand what I tell him.we can talk about normal things and he is very smart but I teach l him math and he cannot understand me. He do not talk to person who are not family and he is quiet too much or loud too much and at a market shop he will touch every thing and i do not want him in trouble.
