Basically what the title says. He's never been particularly interested in food ever since weaning. Most of the stuff I've found online deals with picky eaters but the problem is he isn't picky at all- he'll eat most things. He's just utterly uninterested in food.Even when it comes to stuff he likes (eg ice cream) he'll take a couple of bites and then just dawdle or run off and play if we let him.I've spoken to him about this and his answer is that having to eat slows him down. While this attitude may set him up for a bright future as a tech bro it's actually affecting his growth- he's consistently been in the lower 25th percentile of the growth range for his age.Now he's old enough to have a rational discussion I've tried to talk him logically through it- he's currently fascinated with the naval campaigns of WW2 so I told him his eating is like the convoys going across the Atlantic to keep Britain fighting and that every time he takes another bite he's loading a cargo ship to his muscles. I've just started that though so am yet to see if the results will last.I'm wondering if any other parents have faced situations like this with uninterested rather than fussy eaters. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3fLeaRs
