Are there literal growing pains?

Hi guys.So i have a nearly 1 year old son. He's my second, and a much tougher kid than my older son.He is constantly whining, and nothing I do seems to soothe him. The only thing that does help seems to be either holding him on my hip, or medicine (children's acetaminophen).I keep pumping him with drugs and feel awful about it. He just is never happy. He is getting a lot of teeth, but they've all broken through the gumline. He's also the average size of an 18 month old, and has truly outgrown anything 12 month sized. He's just gigantic! I've never seen a baby as big as him.I'm taking him to the pediatrician next month for his 1 year. Im really worried about him. Is there such things as literal growing pains? He just almost always seems uncomfortable and is hardly ever happy. Hes got a speech delay and he randomly shutters too. Idk what to do via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3fOSILn
