My wife has just gave birth to our 2nd set of twins (5 kids) and lately when I get home from work she looks exhausted, and like she just wants to give up. She always says about how horrible of a mother she is, our kids deserve better, she’s worthless and when I try to tell her otherwise, she says I’m lying! She is never interested in common activities she used to love to do with our family. I don’t know what to do, I have to work from 7-5 so I can’t take over house work, and she hasn’t done laundry in over 2 weeks now.
