I have a 2 year old sibling who’s barely learning how to talk. I spend little to no time around my house since I have other things going on. Everytime I come home he’s watching his iPad. He spends the entire afternoon watching videos. I’m concerned and he’s not my child so there’s not much I can do besides advice his parents but is this normal???
