8 month old is driving us crazy, sleep advice!

My 8 month old used to be an awesome sleeper up until age 5.5 months. Now, we are lucky if he will sleep for more than an hour at a time for the past month. He naps 2-3 times a day for 30 mins to 1.5 hrs a time (lately more like 30 mins a nap). He is a big kid (95% in weight, 99% in length), but only eats around 15 oz of breastmilk a day (plus 3 meals of solid food, 2 to 4 oz a meal). The nights tend to go: bed around 7:30 with me walking him around a bit to calm him down, then into his crib. Sleep for about 3 hours, then wake up crying. Once we get him to calm down again, he will wake up again around midnight and we feed him. After that first night feeding, all bets are off. He usually wakes up every hour crying until we pick him up and calm him down, and then back in his crib to start it all over again.Sleep training is being considered, but nothing calms him down unless we pick him up and we aren't sold on CIO extinction. But also wondering if it is something like silent reflux, which he has about half of the symptoms.Losing our minds as we are losing sleep. I would think an 8 month sleep regression would be over after 4 weeks so that is why I am leaning towards something in terms of him being sick. On the other hand, I brought him into bed last night as the final straw and he slept from 2 until 6:30, so I am just at a loss. Sorry for the rambling, my mind is mush. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2XTMhQb
