Daughter run away from home last night

So my daughter run away from home, f(12) left house after I confiscated her phone because she was being disrespectful. While she left, she yelled and screamed and alerted all the neighbors, now my neighbors probably think I domestically abuse my daughter when in reality she is making a scandal over getting her phone taken away. I went to go look for daughter at friends’ house and she does not want to come back to our house. She is threatening to never come back and wants to go into foster care because she feels like we are too strict with her, when she is disrespectful to us and have to put our foot down. Me and my husband will not take any sort of disrespect from her and she thinks that if she had different parents, they would let her do what ever she wants. She does not understand that we are strict because we love her, how can I make her come home and stop thinking such nonsense. She told me last night that she hates me, and will never forgive me for taking her phone away. While I took it away, she put up a fight and we sent her phone flying smashing it. Any positive advice is welcomed; I am freaking out and I am scared child protective services will get involved.
