Does this count as playing social games?

I have an almost 9.5 month old:Stacking blocks-I stack blocks and baby waits for me to be done before knocking them over and then we do that back and forth several times-does that count as a social game?This child seems to not give a fat fuck about peek a boo and never has and it stresses me out to no . She will remove the blanket and maybe smile but it’s hard to keep her attention with peekaboo.What about itsy bitsy spider? All I have to say is “itsy bitsy?” And she immediately lights up and watches but doesn’t imitate.
