I have two kids, one is still in elementary and the other is is going in to high school. I'm at a complete loss what to do. Our school district is offering distance learning and in person instruction as options. I just read our districts policies for when they reopen and it's terrible! They are basically just following the bare minimum guidelines set by the state. My youngest struggles a lot with school so the in person instruction would be best educationally since I work and don't have a lot of time to sit and go through everything step by step with him but I'm so scared he'll get sick. My oldest is very athletic and involved with so many groups and clubs that he just loves and I don't want him to miss out on anything. I know the chances of them getting seriously ill or dying are very slim but even a 0.01% chance is too high and terrifying! I wish I could quit my job and homeschool but there is no way I can afford that. I just want to go what's best for my babies but I have no idea what that is right now. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3i9fX3r
