3 year old with bug bites. Help!

My 3 year old son had always been sensitive to bug bites. Him, my older son, my daughter, my wife and I can all be out side and my 3 year old will be the only one who comes back with bug bites. It's kind of been a way of life for a while now. Whats worrying us is its much colder now. It made some sense in the summer but not in the fall/winter. Its been in the 20s outside for the most part recently where I'm at. I would think all the bugs would be gone by now. My son still ends up with bug bites, all over his body and ankles. No real pattern or rhyme or reason. We have 1 dog who we keep in her crate mostly as were in the process of rehoming her. Shes a large dog and our daughter is only a few months old so we do it for our daughters sake. The dog does not access any of our bedrooms or our living room.My first thought was fleas with the dog. We've treated our home, washed all bedding and clothes in hot water and still these bites show up. Its only my 3 year old who's effected. My wife, me and the other 2 kids are just fine. We took him to a dermatologist and she said they look like chiggers or no-see-em bites but this doesn't make any sense. There's no tall grass or any real wilderness around our home or where he plays and again the cold weather is here.. If any of you have experience with something like this please let me know. The only other skin condition I can think of is eczema, as I have it and it flare up this time of year but, these bites do not look like any eczema flare I've ever see or experienced. Please if you have any ideas please share, I'd do any thing to help him. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2JIczRh
