4 month old has a fever, stuffy nose and cough 3 days after 6 in 1 shots


Is this normal?Her temperature is 38.7c. I know a fever is a normal symptom after the shots, but I can't find much about the cold like symptoms.It's 1:30 in the morning here, our doctor said only to go to the hospital if her temperature is over 39c for a couple hours.
