Hiring a Nanny

I have a 2 year old and a 10 week old. Previously 2 year old was in daycare but we pulled her out in April due to COVID. Hubby and I both were working from home and between that and part time support from my parents we limped along until my maternity leave started in September. Looking ahead to when I go back to work in March, we still aren’t comfortable sending the kids anywhere. Looking at having my parents a couple days a week and a nanny in home the other 3.Questions for those who have hired nannies. 1. How soon do we post the job? The start date is months out but I’m obviously anxious about having someone great locked in and want to be on the ball. 2. Is it ok to ask in the job posting that a nanny do some cleaning as well? I’m thinking if there’s one day that she works Where my parents take the toddler and the baby is here, we could ask for some basic house cleaning during the 2-3 hours baby naps??
