Waking Up When Put Down

Hello all. My daughter just hit nine months and has been in the 8/9/10/whatever month sleep regression for about 5-6 weeks now. Throughout it she’s had various problems, but the most consistent issue, and one we’ve been dealing with for a long time, is that she very easily wakes up as soon as we put her in her crib. Her usual nap/sleep routine is to feed, rock for a few minutes until asleep and then be put into her crib. This has normally worked throughout her nine months but now she wakes up every time we put her down no matter how out cold she was while rocking her. It’s gotten to the point where we spend 1-2 hours just trying to get her into the crib for a nap and 3-4 hours for the same at night. We’ve tried sleep training and Ferber in the past with little to no success and when we try again now she will simply scream and cry until she is hoarse or until she throws up, even with us routinely coming in to check on her. Calming her down and sitting in the room with her also haven’t helped at all. Since we are running out of ideas and options, I was hoping someone here would have some helpful advice.
