Bad Parenting- Alcoholic situation story

I have 2 siblings. Ones 15, and the others 11. I am 13. My father always throughout our lives, favored my oldest sister. Letting her get away with stuff, getting her more things, and overall treating her better. My Mom doesn’t get along well with my sister, but she still lets her do WHATEVER she wants. Lately my sister has wanted alcohol. She’s seen on TikTok about these lemonade alcohol thingies, and wanted to try them. With much convincing, my mom caved in and got her a 6 pack. My mom told her explicitly to ONLY have 1. Later tonight, my mom went to bed, leaving my sisters, and dad to play a card game. She continuously had more and more, going way past the limit of 1. My dad was totally fine with it, with my younger sister and I saying to stop, and telling my dad that it was very bad parenting to let her keep drinking. Reminding you, she is 15. Your brain fully develops at the age of 25. Drinking can cause damage to thus brain. And she had 5/6 of them. Next, she offers me some, and I decline. My father left the game, so I had my chance to say that she shouldn’t be drinking, and then my mother storms down the stairs. She grabs my older sister and starts screaming at her about taking advantage of this. She then goes to my fathers front room, and screams at him that he is an awful parent, and shouldn’t have let her have that many drinks after being told that she was to have only 1. My dad went back at her saying she was the one who bought it for her. My sister tried walking in a straight line, but it was all wobbly. All I want to know is who’s fault this is? And what should I do about this situation? And is it even legal for a 15 year old to have alcohol? Thanks for reading if you’ve come this far. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/39sgZpI
