Does anyone have your son and daughter share a room?

I know I'm jumping the gun on this question but we have a 4 y/o boy and we are going to start trying for another one. But financially it only makes sense to stay in our 2 bedroom apartment for another 4 or 5 years. The pandemic set us back. A lot. And buying a 3 bedroom home or renting a 3 bedroom apartment isn't an option anymore. We live right outside of Seattle and its crazy expensive to live here. But zi was just wondering if anyone has their son and daughter share a room and how its working out. We obviously won't know what we're going to have but just wanted some opinions or insight about it. I know its one thing if siblings of the same gender share a room but what about opposite gender. Please don't take this question the wrong way that I'm a strange religious prude. I'm just curious about how its working out for others. I'm also not worried that my older kid won't try and kill the younger one in their sleep. I also don't care if we have another boy or a girl. And like I said I know I'm jumping the gun.
