Is Lucifer a bad name to give a boy?

I’m 22, married, and my husband and I are getting to the point where we are ready to start a family. I have a list of names we want for our Children and we’re going very old fashioned, as an example we want a girl named “Winifred”. One other name that we liked was “Lucifer” for if we had a boy. However, the issue is the fact that the devil is named Lucifer. We’re not Christian, but I still don’t want people thinking we’re bad parents by naming our son the same name as Satan. I googled it and apparently “Lucifer” means “Morning star” and “Light bearer” so it seems like a harmless name, but I’m worried the stigma tied to it would give us weird looks whenever we tell people our child’s name.
