10 week old all of a sudden won’t let dad do anything with her 😭

So my 10 week old daughter is a very good baby. Really not a fussy kid, sleeps great, just kinda hangs out, smiles a lot, eats like a champ. Her 3 main people are me, my mother, and her dad. I went back to work at 6 weeks, but work from home so I’m still with her all day. Dad works out of the home but he is very hands on. Helps feed, change, holds, etc.Within the last week or so she is all of a sudden HYSTERICAL when he holds her. She isn’t like that with my mother. Just him. She’ll calm down when I take her back. He is absolutely heartbroken. He thinks she looks at him like she’s terrified of him and he has no idea why. He’s been such a great dad. He is absolutely devastated! He’s been in tears nearly all day today because he just wanted to hold her when he got home from work. He even put on one of my milk stained shirts to see if the scent would help. She eats breastmilk but I exclusively pump so he has fed her since the beginning, though, I do more of the tending to.I want to tell him this is just a phase and that she’ll grow out of it and that he’s not alone? ... is he?
