At what age could your child with long hair maintain it all by themselves?

Just curious to see what age most children are able to care for their own hair (washing, brushing and styling)?Obviously the shorter it is ,the easier it is but I am wondering what age is common for children with longer hair that requires more work. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/338WOJi
