Our 3 and half year old boy is really getting the best of me. He loves to tell us what to do and what he doesn't want to do. And anything opposed to that means an escalation to crying, wining, hitting, throwing. I really do try to comfort him when he's upset but also not to give in to the demands. I guess I also really struggle to play with him at this age too, his games are so boring to me I can only last about 5 mins before doing the same thing again behind mind numbing. I try to engage him in various activities. But if he doesn't want to do something it really is next to impossible to encourage that activity. Then it's all tears again. We don't use TV or tablets as a staple, but he has had doses of these, mainly if he or we have been ill.I know the 3s are supposed to be fraught with hard work but is there anything I can do other than increase the days at nursery (currently 2) so I don't have to deal with it? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2SnEhr5
