So my little one is just a little over a month old. Grandmas were pretty much wanting to see them ASAP. Thank goodness for the hospital lockdowns because I am a private person and frankly, that would be overwhelming. We live one state away (an afternoon drive) and they have been pestering since coming home. I delayed this, because I wanted my husband and I to get a rhythm together and bond with the babe. Now more pressure. Told my mom she needs a TDAP booster. She told me she checked with her doctor and since she received it less than 10 years ago, she is good to go. She also got the vaccine for Covid. Are there any other guidelines for safety? I want to wait until little one has their primary vaccines, but I realize that would be 6 months & I know that may be an unreasonable timeline. I also think I may be overly cautious because I am a worrier and a first time mom. I want to protect. Any reassurances or suggestions on how you waited would be helpful. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3g7wSoZ
