My 14 month old was finally sleeping through the night. He would wake up once for a diaper change and then go back to sleep pretty easily. That lasted for all of three weeks. His new thing is to wake up for his diaper change and then be up for hours. Tonight is going particularly rough. I'm not sure when mom got up with him but we traded off at 2:00 and he's still up.Normal schedule:Wake up about 7:301.5-2 hour nap about 11.Another 1 hour nap starting about 3:30-4Asleep for the night at 8-8:30Cutting out the last nap makes it worse. Occasionally he'll take a three hour nap during the day and only take one nap or just a short one in the afternoon. I don't think it's oversleeping, I don't think it's under sleeping. Any help or advice would be great.Edit: we do rock him to sleep. I used to be more open to the cry it out method and trying some sleep training. Another problem he has is that he'll bang his head into stuff, including the crib, if he gets upset. That's another problem I'd like to solve.Luckily I'm a teacher and done with school for the year. Wife is still working unfortunately so she needs a good night's sleep! via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3wioTuE
