Sigh life sucks. Big time. I live in Florida, and I have always kept a roof over my child’s head. Well I guess until now. After 2 months of searching for a roof over our head, we have no choice but to live in our car or shelter. It is only me and my 4 year old. I have looked at states near us (Alabama, Georgia Mississippi)But since COVID everything is so much harder. I mean how do they expect anyone to live unless you have a ton of money?? There is absolutely no affordable housing to live anywhere!!!!!!! I have been on the “section 8” housing waitlist since I got the notice of non renewal of lease, which was mid April. Thankfully we at least have a car we can stay in, but damn I really can see why our whole government needs changing.
