I’m going to preface this by saying that if you aren’t pro-cosleeping, I respect your choice but I’m not looking for any arguments on why you think I should not cosleepSo my little girl is a 6 month old 21 lb chunk of adorable rolls. I exclusively breastfeed and have coslept since day 1. We love cosleeping, neither of us can sleep apart and it makes night feeds SO easy cuz neither of us fully have to wake up. But lately it’s been killing my shoulders/neck. The last few days have been so bad I can barely turn my head, I even went and got a massage (first time I’ve spent apart from my girl since she was born!). No heat, ice, or Advil is helping. Basically I’m just wondering if anyone has any tips on positioning? She likes to sleep latched on to be the majority of the night. If I try to unlatch her and move her too much she wakes and won’t go back to sleep until I let her nurse again.Anywho, I wasn’t sure where else to post this but any tips would be greatly appreciated!! via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3zip8bc
