Tl;Dr at bottomAbout a year and a half ago, just before my daughters turned 11, I had the puberty talk with them. I told them there's going to be hair, boobs and blood (I obviously didn't word it that way lol!) And that it wouldn't necessarily happen to them at the same time, even though they're only 2 months apart in age.One is biology mine, one is my late husband's from a previous marriage.Anyway... so as we were talking, they were being 10 year Olds and getting pretty off hand with their questions, but I didn't want to tell them to stop because I know even the stuff that seems like they're just asking to be funny in front of others can be serious.R asked me if she could have bigger boobs than J, because she's older. I rolled my eyes and told her sure, I guess so. Because really? LOLCut to today, they don't usually shower together, but they decided to soak in the tub together so whatever. J frantically calls for me so I of course go running because they're in water and i hope R didn't pass out or something. Nope. J was mad that I had told R she could have bigger boobs, and now she does.After I stopped crying from laughing I explained that I do NOT, in fact, control the boob size of anyone, and if I did, I definitely wouldn't give them to children 😅Tl;Dr Made the mistake of jokingly telling one daughter she could have bigger boobs during puberty talk, turns out she got her wish, other daughter's pissed about it. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3cvxG4v
