Hello all! I am 33 weeks pregnant. At this point, i have made a registry, and the baby shower is next weekend (: !My situation being.. i have a few people contacting me about things they are buying or trying to give me, and I KNOW they mean well of course!!!… but these things… are not on my registry.. like the whole point of making the registry and sharing the links and posting them, is because those are essential things needed for my baby. For example, my friend told me she bought me a candle wax warmer… like girl, buy some wipes instead. A wax candle is just going to sit on my dresser taking up space. My grandma is dead-set on buying a rocking chair for us, but i literally have no space for that. Yes, this has been explained to her. My friend bought me a different boppee pillow because that’s what worked for HER baby. I dont mean to be rude, maybe it’s my pregnancy hormones.? I just feel like moms put a lot of thought into registries, and what they would like to use, which products, how much space they will have and a vision for their family, it’s easier for everyone to just buy off the registry right?
