My 6 month old has always been a really good sleeper, however in the last week or so he has hit, what I would consider, a sleep regression. About half way through the night he will toss and turn until he wakes up and then won’t go back to sleep until you hold him. The last few nights he won’t let you put him back down either. The last 2 days, my days have started at 3 am, and right now I’ve been up since 1:45 and it doesn’t look like I’ll be going back to bed. My wife is dealing with postpartum thyroiditis, and is in a hypo phase right now, so she is extremely tired, and I’m trying to let her get all the sleep she can. This early morning stuff is killing me though. I almost feel worse than when he was a new born (although I’m sure I’m just already forgetting how rough that was). Any tips on how to help with this? How long did your LOs go through a sleep regression? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3D7sfES
