Daughter has a scratch and a bruise should I send her to preschool tomorrow?

So today my 2 year old daughter got quite a scratch on her face 1-2in we do have a few ideas how it got there either her nails, a wooden painting set that she ran off with while throwing a tantrum (the wood wasn’t smooth definitely could scratch), during a different tantrum, or possibly something in her bed that we didn’t notice. She also has a tiny bruise I think that might’ve been left Sunday or Saturday I let my mom take her but my brother told me that she didn’t handle her tantrum well and they were basically in the middle of the street and I think maybe he marked her in an attempt to get her out of the street (I knew my mom had a hard time handling my daughter but I didn’t know till then that it was to the extent where my daughter was being put in danger). My thing is I have work and her dad does too but we’re scared of preschool getting the wrong idea especially since they haven’t seen her in almost 3 weeks just due to a cold so I can’t even imagine how bad everything is going to look. We’re going through a lot financially so we can’t really afford to miss too much work but she only goes twice a week so if I do stay she won’t be back till next week and hopefully everything will be cleared. Opinions? I know I might be overreacting but I’ve heard of people just calling cps if a child’s hair is tangled so everything scares me. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3BAgC7r
