...and if so, how’d you do that?Specifically, anyone have advice for getting a 3.5 year old to do the following things without throwing a HUGE SCREAMING FIT? -come inside after playing in the yard -get a bath -go to bedI prefer not to use bribes/rewards to get these things done...but is there any other way? He also is too young , I think , to connect consequences that are too far in the future (eg. “Fine, well we’re not even going to play outside tomorrow then.”)I feel like my spouse and i are constantly trying to come up with new fun things to get him to do what we need him to (like hey buddy, we have a new bath toy, or hey buddy let’s do EXTRA BUBBLES in the bath, etc).
