How to parent triplets who all side together against me and my wife ?

They side with each in every situation and all back each other no matter what, while I like their loyalty it puts me and my wife in an impossible position of parenting them. We’re always the underdogs as if one of them argues with us, all 3 will. While I’m at work my wife often ends up trying to parent them alone which is impossible.All 3 of them use drugs I’m sad to say and they also party a lot, I’m not sure what I can do to to try and control them. If there was one of them they would be a difficult 15 year old and would take a lot of time to try and parent but there’s 3 of them, all identical with similar personalities.I genuinely don’t think it’s possible to effectively parent them, I know this sounds wrong but I wish they weren’t so close as they are because it just makes everything so difficult.Say I suspect that one of them has been smoking all of them will deny it. If I punish all of them they all just begin to get angry and say how it wasn’t them, they know it works as I can’t really ground two of the for what one of them has done.
