Atheist sending kids to Catholic school?

I’m an atheist and my husband is agnostic. I went to catholic school K-12 and had a wonderful experience with the community the schools offered and the quality of the education. I want a similar experience for my two sons. Yet I don’t know if I can swallow the whole thing about religion being shoved down their throats like it was for me! It took some undoing for me in early adulthood, but I got through it. My parents were never very religious either, not atheist but just not really into religion. They sent me to catholic schools for the education.Anyone send their kids to a religious school for the education only? How’s that working out for you?
