My husband and I have a 6 month old baby, our first child. We need to get our affairs in order so he is taken care of if we both got hit by a bus or otherwise met an untimely end. We need to figure out how much life insurance we need and what other documents we need, and we need to make a will. At some point in this process I guess we also need to talk to my sister and her husband about adopting our little guy if this ever happened. How does this all work? Who do we talk to?
