This child fights sleep like it's death

Every night my 7 month old is visibly tired around 630-7pm. But she will not sleep till 9 almost 10pm these last few weeks. And it's not like she's awake and has a mild temperament, she's a nightmare. She cries when you hold her, don't hold her, rock her, bounce her, walk her, read to her, rub her back, sing to her, you name it she fight it's. She fights her naps during the day in the same way but she always gives in within 10 minutes or so. I'm at the end of my rope, I can't keep having the same 2 hour battle every night. We are exhausted. Anyone else go through this? Any advice, suggestions, words of encourgagement, similar battle stories? I'm all ears! Send help! via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/30zXVBB
