I’ve googled it and i feel like I can never find a definitive answer. I know it varies as every toddler is different but I’m a FTM and get so many different opinions including from family/friends so I was wondering, what time does your toddler go to sleep? How many hrs a day on average are they awake?? And do they take naps/how long? Sorry if this should be obvious but I’ve had a really hard time keeping my daughter who just turned 2 last October on a routine sleep schedule. There’s a number of things that get in the way although but we usually try to get her in bed/lights out by 8:30-9. Her pediatrician also suspects she’s on the spectrum and we go for a complete evaluation in a couple of weeks, I’ve heard that kids on the spectrum have a harder time falling/staying asleep?? She still rarely sleeps through the night but gets up only once and usually goes right back down. I’m worried she’s sleep deprived and it’s making her feel overstimulated and stressed :/ right now she averages 9 or 10 hrs a night and takes a 1-2 hr nap most days, but sometimes she’ll completely toss the nap out and stay awake all day long via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2L0IPjy
