Toilet Training

My 6-year-old daughter (April 2015) refuses to use the toilet for bowel movements. She pees in the toilet after soiling herself causing messes to clean up constantly.I have tried to involve her in the process of cleaning herself properly but because she's sitting in it it's a giant mess for her to clean up alone.I have tried reward systems I have tried penalty systems - for example earning points for trying or taking away an activity she finds enjoyable.I have tried timers we've been to a child psychologist through the school.I do not know what to do.Please do not comment if you are going to judge or post negatively as I do not want that energy in the thread.
