At my wits end with my 4 year old.

My four year old daughter doesn't listen and does whatever the hell she wants. She's always been a tough strong willed child but once her twin brothers were born she's turned into a nightmare. Every day multiple times a day she has rage fits that can last for a couple of hours. Usually over very minor things. They're mainly due to her not getting what she wants as soon as she demands it. She will then proceed to hulk out and get angrier and angrier the more she is ignored. She will scream, kick, hit and throw things sometimes totally destroying a room. No form of discipline works it just Proceeds to make her angrier. She won't sit in time out, she won't go to her room. You can't distract her with something else. I've taken a toy away, I've taken all toys away. She just double and triples down on her abuse. She's even hit her brothers out of anger. When she wants something she demands it. We try and instill please and thank you into her, and she knows to say it but she refuses. She's basically walking all over us because nothing is working. We ask her to stop jumping on the couches but she won't listen. We try and sit down and have talks with her about hitting, she'll either not listen or tell us not to talk about it. We've read books to her about not hitting, kicking or screaming. She knows these things but doesn't care. One time when attacking me she accidentally hurt herself she then said remember it's not nice to hit totally flipping it on us. Any privilege taken away is met with bedlam. We even took her to a child therapist and she tried to teach her some breathing techniques to calm down at home. When asked if she would try them at home she flat out said no and refuses to do them.
