Does this make me a bad mom lol?! My MIL and SIL make a huge deal out of this.Instead of using timeouts, I just get down on his level and have a conversation with him. Talk about his feelings and how we can avoid/improve his behaviour next time. I am not comfortable in putting my kid in a corner or a chair and leaving him alone after doing or saying something he shouldn’t.But after having a couple conversations with people I seem to be the outcast. My goal is to have my children talk about their feelings and why they are feeling this way.I’m just really torn, I hope I’m doing this right. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2SohsmL
