Hey parents, I need some advice. My 5 year old daughter has started urinating on random objects and I am not sure on how to handle this. I don’t want to feed into this behavior because I suspect that it is attention seeking. In the past, I have talked to her about it and allowed to express her emotions. I have also had her clean it up, but the behavior continues. She has expressed to me that she misses her biological father and wants to see him. I acknowledged her feelings and explained that we have no control on when he is around and that it’s ok to miss him. Even after our discussion, her behavior continues.
