Went to the doctor and they couldn't definitely tell me what it is ! I'm so frustrated, it's all over her face and feels like sandpaper and all I was told to do was put aquaphor on it and come back in 2 weeks. It doesn't hurt her or anything it just sucks not knowing what the eff it is! I don't think it's baby acne because it makes her face feel super rough.
