Breaking the co-sleeping cycle

My toddlers are two and four and had co-slept since birth. I'm more than ready for them to move into their own rooms (at least the four-year-old). Any advice on tactics that have worked to get co-sleepers comfortable moving on would be appreciated. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3iwc7D4
