My 1 year old got his 1 year shots Monday and I’ve noticed every-time he gets shots his sleep schedule is recked for a couple weeks. I gave him Motrin 10 min before the shot and it’s been hell. Non stop whining and crying and I’m also trying to switch him on whole milk but I think I’m just gonna wait til he’s back on track. He’s waking up constantly through the night and won’t put himself back to sleep. It’s just me doing this and I’m exhausted and frustrated. When it’s feeding time he just eats and cries. No fever either. I live with my family so my mom helps during the day sometimes but at night I’m all alone pulling my hair out and feeling like my brain is going to explode because I deal with daily headaches.
