Alternatives to preschool/pre k during pandemic

My son is in a private school for kids his age. He’s 4 and he absolutely loves school. He recently broke his arm for a second time after it was out of the cast for almost three weeks. Anyways, I digress. I am wanting to pull him from pre-K due to the newly broken arm that requires a lot of attention and is in a sling with the cast on, along with the stomach bug, RSV, and the new C-vid going around and about. I guess my question is, is there anyone else out there wanting to or has pulled their 4 year old out of pre-K and if so, what have you done instead? I told my son if the schools closed, or if I decided to pull him that I’d get him abc mouse and we’d do home stuff, but he said he would miss all his friends, and that just hurt.
