Five year old with anxiety?

Lately my five year old daughter has been showing some signs of anxiety. Eg: needing the toilet a lot, complaining of a tummy ache etc.Today it has confirmed for me that somethings going on. She said her tummy hurts and became increasingly upset. I asked her how it felt and she found it hard to explain, but in the end managed to describe the feeling as butterflies and she started crying :( I sat her down and we took some deep breaths together, which I think helped. The whole thing was in a span of five minutes and she’s fine and has moved on now.In general she appears to be ok, she’s a happy kid most of the time, and doesn’t seem overly bothered by the tummy aches, she just expresses that the feeling is there but moves on pretty quickly.I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a shouty parent, and get frustrated a lot, but it is something I’m tirelessly working on. I had a bit of a rubbish childhood and I’m trying my absolute hardest to make sure my children don’t have the same thing. It’s hard sometimes because I know I have unresolved trauma that affects me day to day but I don’t want my children to suffer the brunt of that.I think I’m doing a good job but I’m worries that the bad days are having a lasting impact, especially with what has arisen now with my eldest. How do I approach this? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2WjErle
