An old man has just moved into the neighborhood where we live. The nurse who used to take care of his wife until she died is also living with him with her children.My 1 year old goes to play with the old man calling him dada... He just said I've doing a great job of raising my son all by myself with no help. (My husband works throughout the day on weekdays and is home only on Sundays.)Apparently he dropped something, and my son picked it and gave it to him and said thank you too.My parents on the other hand think that it's my job to bring up children so it doesn't need to be complimented.
