Speech Evaluation Recommendations DFW and surrounding areas

Does anyone know of a good place to get my 3.5 year old evaluated for speech delays? She just makes noises. She has been in speech therapy for over a year now and has had very little improvement. She still can't say a single word. We think sometimes that she says a word but then we can never ever get her to make that sound again. The local center says they specialize in autism and will not evaluate her until she is 4. Any recommendations for the DFW and surrounding area?Edit post: Speech therapy and OT have not been helpful.
