Our 15 yo son has been working as a busboy at a local restaurant, literally steps from our home. We know the owners, I used to drive her young kids to school. About a month ago, my son confided in me, telling me that a worker had offered him a joint which he tried. After rthe whole 'fries your brain cells' lecture, he promised not to do it again but, after seeing evidence of munchies tonight, I confronted him and he admitted to having smoked again. I told him he's quitting thqt job immediately and he's begging for another chance. He's in 10th grade, A student, saving up for a car. I'm ready to pull him from that job.
